The PLEVEN MUNICIPALITY in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for Main activities included in the scope of the contract are: Acceptance of waste according to codes, in accordance with the Regional Waste Depot for non-hazardous waste for the municipalities of Pleven, Gulyanets, Dolna Mitropolia, Dolni Dabnik, Iskry, Pordim; Operation of the regional waste depot - cell; Operation of the separation installation (separation hall for waste; auxiliary building with gas treatment, sewage treatment, and diesel generator; sprinkler reservoir; wooden - administrative building); Operation of the composting facility (receiving area, maturation area, covered compost area, wastewater reservoir); Operation of the hazardous and other waste transfer center (hazardous and other waste transfer building, container shelter, waste storage area); Monitoring in accordance with the KR; Keeping records and reporting in accordance with Decision No. 1 of 04.06.2014 on the order and formats for providing information on waste activities, as well as the order for maintaining public registers; Keeping records of the quantity of recyclable waste materials generated on the site and transferred for recycling, as well as the quantity of compost; Documentation and reporting in accordance with the KR. Maintenance of buildings, structures, installations, facilities, technical infrastructure elements, and mobile operational equipment in a manner that guarantees their technical functionality, in accordance with the specified working regime, safe operation, as well as the protection of health and safety of personnel working at the RSO; Payment of electricity consumed by the RSO, water fees, fuel, and other consumables and materials ensuring the operation of the RSO. Execution of construction and installation works ensuring the smooth operation of cell No. 1 (new). Maintenance and completion of the biogas capture and treatment system; Security of all buildings, structures, installations, facilities, technical infrastructure elements, and mobile operational equipment included in the RSO, including 24/7 physical and video surveillance, and constant telephone connection for alerting in case of fires or other incidents in the RSO area.
