Option: In case of need, we will supply spare parts and delivery for additional quantities (upon the forecast quantity) from the stock, the item is for real public goods, until the maximum cost is reached according to the agreement. Preliminary deliveries for the attached option: under the “option for delivery of additional quantities from the stock”, the following applies to the sole right to the depositor (but not the debt) and include delivery of additional quantities before the validity of the contract, which will also be paid according to the price agreement.
