Preparation of an investment project and implementation of author's supervision during the implementation of construction and civil engineering works for the site: Renovation of the Museum

Preparation of an investment project for the site: "Renovation of the Museum "House of Humor and Satire", Gabrovo", according to the design brief. In the process of preparing the investment project, alternative conceptual solutions should be presented, which should be discussed and agreed with the client before preparing the work phase. Variants regarding the functional concept should be presented, together with the reconstruction of the existing premises, new communication connections, incl. foreseeing new entrances/exits, the spatial layout and the connection with the surrounding environment. The project, discussed and agreed with the client during the development process, should be prepared in final form in accordance with Regulation 4/2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, in the "DETAILED DESIGN" phase, incl. text and graphic part, detailed bill of quantities and estimated cost estimate for the individual project parts and a summary, and should include the following parts: Architecture; Interior and furnishings; Structures; Park management and landscaping; Geodesy; Technology (if necessary), Electrical installations; Water Supply and Sewerage; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Energy Efficiency; Fire Safety and Accounting Documentation. Each project part should contain: explanatory note, required technical calculations, graphic part - diagrams, drawings in appropriate scale and details, clarifying and ensuring the implementation of construction works, technical specification of materials, required standards and/or parameters, detailed bills of quantities. Additionally, appropriate graphic visualizations are required - perspective views, 3D visualizations, photomontages, diagrams, tables, text and other illustrative materials, illustrating the design solution in the most accessible and attractive way. 2.
