The Military Medical Academy in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for The object of this public procurement is a service within the meaning of Art 3 para 1 item 3 of the Public Procurement Act The scope volume and requirements for the implementation of the public procurement for each separate item are described in detail and regulated in the Technical Specification PART II of the participation documentation Performance of activities services for organizing daily meals for categories of diners entitled to free meals patients on diets personnel of the Military Medical Academy duty and operational teams and those working under certain working conditions blood donors disabled military personnel war victims and veterans during missions and exercises described in detail by type quantity and value per meal according to the Technical Specification for the respective separate item - Annexes No 1 1 1 1 2-A and 1 2-B 1 3 and 1 4 an integral part of this documentation Organization of meals in hospitals and hospitals for long-term treatment and rehabilitation of the Military Medical Academy under the separate positions is carried out through catering - service and daily delivery of ready packaged hot food in compliance with all regulatory provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria Food preparation and deliveries are carried out daily - 3 three times a day according to a schedule determined by the Contracting Authority The prepared food should meet the quantity quality caloric value and chemical composition for rational and dietary nutrition in accordance with the diets and recipes for hospital nutrition approved by the Contracting Authority The quantities specified in the Technical Specification - Annexes No 1 2-A and 1 2-B are indicative forecast and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to fulfill them in full The actual implementation of the public procurement is determined on the basis of patient admission and the number of personnel meeting the conditions of the Regulations and regulations of the Ministry of Defense MOD Ministry of Health MOH Council of Ministers CM Labor Code the orders of the Chief of the Military Medical Academy as well as the financial resources for the implementation of the procurement In the event of a change in the regulatory framework as well as in the event of the need to provide food to military personnel and civilian employees including on the basis of Art 3 para 1 of Regulation No H-5 02 04 2015 on the conditions procedure and norms for providing free food and refreshments to military and civilian employees of the Ministry of Defense structures directly subordinate to the Minister of Defense and the Armed Forces and to cadets in higher military schools in peacetime as well as in the event of staff structural changes in the Military Medical Academy and its subdivisions in the country the Contracting Authority reserves the right to notify the contractor in writing about the changes that have occurred to eliminate types of meals as well as to change the types of meals The categories of persons who are fed under Regulation No H-5 02 04 2015 apply to all structures of the Military Medical Academy The categories of persons who are fed under Regulation No 1 13 02 2007 for the use and payment of cash benefits for prevention and rehabilitation for patients under the National Social Insurance Program are carried out under a current contract between the National Social Insurance Institute and the Military Medical Academy The categories of persons who eat under Regulation No H-2 27 01 2021 are determined by the procedure for use and payment of medical activities in the hospitals for long-term treatment and rehabilitation LTHR in the structure of the Military Medical Academy The subject of the public procurement includes the following activities Daily preparation and delivery of ready-made food described in detail in the Technical Specification with the total number of patients and staff eating per day estimated at 1632 pcs in total for all divisions Daily delivery of food for all categories of people eating in the medical institution are described in detail in the Technical Specification -
