Repair of CAS, including installation and subsequent dismantling of facade pipe structure, dismantling and subsequent installation of drainage pipes, partial dismantling of windows, delivery and installation of AL and PVC window sashes, dismantling of doors, removal of terracotta and balustrade, delivery and installation of windows (panes), entrance and interior doors, turning of external and internal sides around the windows, leveling of the external compromised plaster to a sound base, leveling and taping of internal compromised plaster to a sound base, restoration of external and internal compromised plaster, two-layer leveling with adhesive, delivery and placement of base and silicone plaster, mosaic plaster for the sill, delivery and placement of granite paving and sill, taping on walls and ceilings in CAS, latex painting of walls and ceilings, delivery and installation of parapets for terraces, lighting fixtures for KZ and RZ, metal door, detailed in the Technical Specifications. with tender notice no. 677239-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
