The HARMANLI COMMUNITY in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this public procurement includes the provision of consultancy services under Article 166, paragraph 1 of the ZUT - construction supervision and preparation of a report on compliance assessment for the object: "Engineering - design, author supervision and construction of the object "Rehabilitation and reconstruction of the bridge in Dositsevo village on the Balchka River and on the road HKV/II – 76, Bulgarian - Harmanli - Dositsevo" from km 8+870 to km 9+600". The total estimated value of this public procurement is 18,000.00 (eighteen thousand) euros excluding VAT. The values for individual activities included in the scope of this public procurement are as follows: - Execution of construction supervision, including Final report and Technical passport - 14,000.00 euros excluding VAT; - Conducting a compliance assessment of the investment project and a comprehensive report on the compliance assessment of the investment project - 4,000.00 euros excluding VAT. The total estimated value is final for the CONTRACTOR. In case a higher total price is proposed, the participant will be excluded from the procedure under Article 107, paragraph 2, subsection "a" of the ZOP - due to non-compliance with this pre-announced condition. Funding source The public procurement is financed from the budget of Harmanli Municipality. The execution period of the procurement is from the date of commencement of the execution of the contract until the completion of all obligations, as follows: COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT REPORT AND COMPREHENSIVE REPORT DURATION: 7 (seven) calendar days from the submission of the investment project for the object. EXECUTION PERIOD FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION: The period starts from the date of signing the Protocol No. 2 for the opening of the construction site and determination of the construction line and level, in accordance with Order No. 3 of 31.07.2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction, and ends on the date of signing the Acceptance Act for the determination of the constructions fitness for acceptance, Model 15 of Order No. 3 of 2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction. COMPLETION REPORT AND TECHNICAL PASSES: Within 7 calendar days after signing Act No. 15 and after the issuance of written opinions from the specialized supervisory authorities on the compliance with the law and the readiness of the construction for commissioning, the participant shall prepare and submit to the CONTRACTOR a final report in accordance with Article 168, paragraph 6 of the ZUT and the Technical passport of the object. The period for rectifying deficiencies, remarks and comments on the submitted documentation is 3 (three) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the letter describing the deficiencies, remarks and comments. IMPORTANT!!! The execution of this procurement will be directly dependent on the execution of the construction and installation contract. This will not start until the contract with the selected contractor for the construction and installation works on the object is signed and will end with the commissioning of the objects and signing of the documents.
