The TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION: "STATE FORESTRY - KAZANLUK" in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for The current public procurement is aimed at selecting the service provider for the maintenance of office technical equipment owned by TPDGS Kazanluk, to the DP of YUIDP Sliven. The subject of this public procurement is "Service provision" as defined in Article 3, paragraph 1, point 3 of the ZOP, with the selected service provider being required to carry out the services for a period of 12 (twelve) months, commencing from the signing of the service agreement for the subscription technical maintenance of office technical equipment of TPDGS Kazanluk, including delivery of necessary spare parts, materials, and consumables for office technical equipment in accordance with the Procurement Technical Specification. The service provider shall be responsible for maintaining the computer equipment and peripheral devices of the Client in working condition during the term of the agreement, by performing: Initial inspection of the subscription equipment; Periodic technical preventive inspections - monthly; Removal of software and hardware issues arising from the equipments operation; Upon request from the Client, the service provider shall perform repairs on portable computers, presentation equipment, active network equipment, repair and configuration of defective blocks and nodes; Removal of incidents occurring at the Clients premises during working hours (8:00 to 17:00 hours). Upon identification of a complex defect, the service provider shall replace the defective device with a functional one, having the same or better technical and functional parameters until the defect is resolved; Ensuring necessary spare parts, materials, and consumables for office technical equipment that are new, original, or compatible with the Clients equipment, and resolving defects that occur during the agreement period. Upon request from the Client, the service provider shall deliver and install necessary original and/or compatible consumables that guarantee the manufacturers specified conditions for equipment operation. Upon expiration of the device warranty, the service provider shall describe the devices and maintain them under the terms of the agreement. During the execution of the activities in point 1, the service provider shall comply with the current national legislation, all regulatory documents, standards, regulations, and standards related to the subject of the procurement, including fire safety, technical, and other norms. During the execution of the agreement, the service provider shall comply with the occupational safety standards. Upon request from the Client, the service provider shall provide the necessary certificates of quality and origin of materials used in the execution of the procurement. Upon request from the Client and within a specified timeframe, the service provider shall provide written reports on the condition of computers and printers, the subject of this procurement. The acceptance of performed preventive maintenance and/or technical support is confirmed by a receipt-transfer protocol, signed in two copies by authorized representatives of the Client and the service provider. The costs for delivery of necessary consumables and spare parts during the agreement period shall not exceed 2100/ two thousand and one hundred / euros excluding VAT. Upon exhaustion of the Clients allocated financial resources for the deliveries, the Client shall not place further orders.
