Bids will be opened immediately on the same day in the presence Candidates who wish to attend. If sent by post or other mode of mail, the Person Responsible for Contracts cannot be responsible for the non-receipt of the offer sent by the candidate. The candidates will remain committed by their offers for a period of sixty (60) calendar days, from the deadline for submission of offers.
