The BCEAO is launching this invitation to tender for the selection of a company or a group of companies which will be responsible for the demolition and reconstruction of the slabs of the garden roofs annexed to the functional building of the Main Agency of the BCEAO inOuagadougou .
3. Type of benefits
This call for competition relates to the work of demolition and reconstruction of the slabs of the garden roofs annexed to the functional building of the Main Agency of the BCEAO in Ouagadougou .
4. Type of contract
The contract will be at a global , firm and non- revisable fixed price . The prices will be in FCFA excluding all taxes and customs duties .
5. Allotment
The call for competition is organized into a single lot .
6. Conditions of participation
Participation is open to companies or groups of companies regularly established in the Member States of UEMOA and in good standing vis - à - vis the Public Administration of the State of their head office . The following documents , dated less than three ( 03 )months of validity are required :
- a certificate of registration in the commercial register ; a tax status certificate ; _
- a certificate of status contributing to its social obligations .
In the event of a consortium , each member of the consortium will produce the supporting documents listed above .
In addition , tenderers must attach to their tender :
- a presentation note of the company ;
- a written power of attorney attesting to the authorization of the person to commit the company or the group ;
- a formal document specifying that all the members of the grouping are jointly and severally responsible for the performance of the Contract . with tender notice no.
