The consultant must be a firm with proven experience in project/programme/strategic plan evaluation
with at least two similar assignments having been performed in the field of pharmaceutical sciences
as well as having experience with the ECOWAS Regional Pharmaceutical Plan. Consultants with the
required experience and qualifications to carry out the assignment will be selected based on qualification as defined by the ECOWAS Procurement Code. with tender notice no.
