For batch 3 Improve the capacity of officers in charge of ONC-AC control in geolocation And specifically the training aims to: For batch 1 • Develop the tools involved in the assessment interview; • Explain the evaluation criteria; • Lead the agent performance appraisal process; • List the sanctions incurred by an EPE agent in the event of a breach of his obligations; • Initiate a disciplinary procedure in accordance with the texts in force For batch 2 - Make a collection of texts that govern the field of control in terms of development and construction; - Identify and define the geometric quantities to be measured during the control of developments and constructions; - Define a methodology for monitoring regulations in terms of development and construction; - Identify and define the role of actors in the field of control of developments and constructions; For batch 3 • Set up a GPS to take measurements in the national geodetic system; • Convert coordinates between two coordinate systems; • Use a GPS to use Google Maps and Google Earth; • Perform coordinate measurements in the national geodetic coordinate system; with tender notice no. 2023-004 /ONCAC/DG/PRM published on 29 Aug 2023.
