Removing existing counter tops to include concrete, cabinets and sink; 2. Designing, fabricate and install new upper and lower cabinets; • Lower kitchen cabinets should have slide out cabinet shelves as shown in the example in picture # 2 and 3. Providing and installing drawers at the upper side of all lower kitchen cabinets (their height is almost 5”); 4. Using dry termite resistant wood for fabricating all the cabinets and drawers; 5. Spraying matte paint by compressor all the kitchen cabinets, even the interior shelves’; Note: The color of the paint must be approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative 6. Installing small white tiles on wall between the countertops and the upper cabinets 7. Installing two sinks to the existing piping; 8. Installing countertops on all the lower kitchen cabinets 9. Painting walls, doors, and ceiling to include: • Properly plastering and sanding the walls and ceiling before painting • The paint must be smooth and the contractor must repair any areas with broken plaster or holes and use sandpaper to smooth the surface before painting. • All existing walls and ceilings will be repainted with white paint. • The door frames and doors will be painted with white paint. • The contractor must use the special cleaners and sealer for treating, sealing, and repainting all wall stains to prevent the stains from coming through the new paint. • Painters will NOT paint over any wood / windows surfaces that have not already been painted. • Work should be conducted with drop cloths and appropriate care to make sure that nonpainted surfaces do not get paint on them. In addition, painters must not allow door or window hinges or handles to be painted over if it will affect the functioning of the door or window. • Clean, fix and or replace anything damaged during the work..
