For unsuccessful bidders, the reasons for the rejection of their bids are: Bidder No. Reasons for rejection 1 RABUS did not provide the technical specifications of the computers and inverters to be supplied. RABUS has also not demonstrated that it will be able to provide after-sales service if necessary, either directly or by subcontracting 2 BDIVISION-TTS Did not provide the technical specifications of the supplies. This failure is considered major and its technical offer is essentially non-compliant. 3 SFAI presented the larger dimensions of the box compared to those requested in the CAD. He has an average turnover over the last three years of eight hundred and sixty-nine thousand one hundred and forty-four Euros (€869,144.94) and has never performed a similar contract with a minimum value of €500,000. It does not meet the qualification criteria for this contract. 4 DAYAN COMPANY has an average annual turnover of €364,464.42 over the last three years, whereas one million two hundred thousand (1,200,000) EUR) was requested in the DAO. No contract, with a minimum value of EUR 500,000, has been executed by this company. The technical specifications are a copy-paste of the DAO. It does not meet the qualification criteria for this contract. 5 MASTER INNOV BURUNDI has an average turnover over the last three years of one million five hundred and forty-nine thousand eighty-four point ninety Euros (€1,549,084.90) and has never performed a similar contract for a minimum value of EUR 500,000. It does not meet the qualification criteria for this contract. 6 BCCO has an average turnover over the past three years of one million seven hundred and ninety five thousand eight hundred and twenty-seven point sixty-three Euros (€1,795,827.63) but has never performed a similar contract in a minimum value of EUR 500,000..
