The programme currently covers over 550 factories and has close collaboration with over 200 of those factories where it helps systems of social dialogue to help solve workplace issues. Objective The overall objective of this assignment is to develop case studies and stories that will generate meaningful conversations and interest in Cambodia's garment industry. The focus will be on highlighting the positive impacts of Better Factories Cambodia's advisory services, Trade Union Leadership Program, and Factory Ambassador Programme (FAP).
