The MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, YOUTH AND SPORT in Cambodia from Asian region had released this tender for Quotation are invited for Construction of Reasmei Samkey Upper Secondary School, Prey Veng Province.

3. Interested qualified eligible contractors are invited to obtain a copy of Bidding Documents
(Soft Copy) with free-of-charge by filling the google form to download the bidding
document at this link https://bit.ly/47qQzAy Or QR code as shown. There shall be no
other conditions for obtaining the 11 bidding documents.
4. To be considered eligible a contractor must:
(a) Meet the eligibility criteria of the World Bank.
(b) Not be under any notice of disbarment issued by the Government or the World Bank
5. Each package, to be considered qualified a contractor must:
(a) Have completed at least two contracts of similar works in the preceding 3 years of a value not less than
75% of the quoted price.
(b) Have completed contracts with a total cumulative construction turnover in the preceding two years
equal to at least 1.5 times of the value of quoted price.
(c) The proposed works manager must have at least 3 years of experience in the supervision of works of an
equivalent nature and size and no less than one year as a manager.
(d) Submit documentary evidence to demonstrate the bidder’s qualifications.
6. Quotations must be delivered to the address given below or before:
