Tliis training manual will be used to train the new generation of Oxfam partner organisations, union leaders, and members of SP4ALL to have a better understanding on social security policies and best practices, particularly from some OECD countries where social security policies have long been implemented. Building on these, Oxfam is seeking a eonsultant(s) to: • Design a training curriculum drawn on international social protection policies or best practices, • Provide a capacity building training to 50 participants who are members of trade union, Social Protection for All (SP4ALL) coalition, and Oxfam partner organisations who work in the social protection setting, We prefer that the development of this training curriculum (or manual) and the capacity building training is drawn from best practices of policies from OECD countries like pension fund in Australia.
