The selected consultancy for the assignment shall perform the following tasks: - Capture for general understanding of fidelity of project implementation for producing successful stories and video clips - Hold discussions or meetings with the project team for further understanding of the assignment, gathering relevant information before the preparation of the case studies and video clips. - Develop and present work plan, task checklist and questionnaire for the case studies and video clips and finalize them with the project team before execution. - In consultation with the project team, develop concepts, scenarios and scripts for the case studies and video clips. - Conduct appropriate interviews with disadvantaged youth, parents/caregivers and local authorities, enterprises, RTC/PTC, BK team about their involvement and their success stories. - Capture audio, video, and photographs that will accompany the case studies and video clips. - Make sure that all the video clips and photographs are in high resolution. - Produce 3 (three) video clips with a duration between 5 (five) to 7 (seven) minutes per video clips which include sub-title in English and a recording of a voice-over in Khmer - Produce 3 (three) case studies highlight the project’s best practices and impact including challenges, and lessons learned. - Present the draft case studies to Bandos Komar management team to review before finalization. - Translate the case studies and video clips from English into Khmer or vice versa. - Take responsibility for own equipment arrangements such as camera, lightings, laptop etc. - The final products of the assignment will be owned exclusively by Bandos Komar Association published on 01 Jun 2023.
