Review existing project documents: reports, evaluations, and best practices reports. 3. Review HPA and trade union literature and main programmes on OSH as well as innovative models from other countries/donors to apply to the design of this proposal. 4. Support the meeting with key education stakeholders in Cambodia as needed to ensure that the programme design integrates expertise from all relevant actors/sectors, including the private sector, social ventures, academia, institutes, Government departments, and others as needed. 5. Work with relevant HPA and trade union staff to identify the staffing needs/organigramme for the proposed programme. 6. Write a draft of the comprehensive bid, including all annexes and especially the log frame with relevant baseline and indicators, and budget; also work with relevant staff to edit and finalize the bid. Timeframe: Starting as soon as possible (ideally by April 17th) and completing the proposal by May 20th, 2023 (the submission date of the bid is May 30th). Deadline: April 20th, 2023..
