Consultancy Study an Impact of the Implementation of the Contract Farming on the Agriculture Sector

The NGO FORUM ON CAMBODIA (NGOFC) in Cambodia from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Consultancy Study an Impact of the Implementation of the Contract Farming on the Agriculture Sector in Cambodia Scope of work The study will focus on three commodities including rice, rubber, and cassava. Select three Agriculture Cooperatives that have successfully cooperated with three different investors/buyers in the form of formal contract-based agriculture production to conduct the study following the specific objectives. The consultant is required to travel to the study sites which are recommended by the consultant to collect data. Given the time constraint, the period for the study in total is 45 days including research design, data collection, and report writing. Research Methodology The consultant is required to propose a clear conceptual framework as well as a clear research methodology to address the objectives of the study and the scope of work. Explain a clear methodology for how to deliver the below-expected outputs. Output Deliverables 1. The inception report which needs to have the research plan and methodology for the study, submitted to the NGOFC/committee for approval; 2. A draft research report with key findings and recommendations needs to submit to the validation workshop; 3. A final full report in English version including a PowerPoint presentation (methodology, findings, results, recommendations); and 4. 4-5 pages of brief policy brief in both English and Khmer. Budget The available budget for the study is USD9,000.00 Timelines A consultant/team will be required to conduct this assignment between 15 May- 30 June 2023.
