Tenders are invited for Consultant on Develop Training Online CRC-Cambodia has received grant from SIDA1 through Save the Children Cambodia for the project “SIDA CSO strengthening, CSOs and networks defend children's rights by holding the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) accountable for its obligation”, and the project goal was also to strengthen CSOs. In additional to CRC-Cambodia, the project will be implemented by seven (7) partners2 . The ability of project partners to monitor the situation of children’s rights is an important component of improving the evidence based on children’s rights in Cambodia. As a coalition, we will be able to conduct influential, evidence-based advocacy to influence the implementation of national policies and investment in children's rights through mechanisms strengthening for coordination among project partners and CYLNs3 . We intend to play a role in strengthening our collective capacity as a coalition to influence the implementation of children's rights, as well as in improving the organizational development of our project partners and CYLNs so that they can continue to build on their localized approaches to improving the lives of children across Cambodia, thereby contributing to a vibrant civic space. To effectively achieve its goals, CRC-Cambodia will need to take proactive measures to continually strengthen the capacities of project partners and CYLNs. The program will primarily focus on improving organizational capacity development (OCD) for project partners and CYLNs working in various sectors (child rights, child protection, disability, gender, good governance, and extractives) in order to ensure children and youth have a voice and effectively support technical service delivery on Child Right initiatives to communities in and around targeted protected areas. As a result, CRCCambodia is looking for an OCD consultant to provide OCD services to project partners and CYLNs. This plan outlines the coalition's approach and process for building internal capacity as well as the capacity of its project partners and CYLNs. It summarizes the key findings from the review of the Training Need Assessment (TNA), and also Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) to capacity strengthening activity and outlines its capacity strengthening strategy for 2022-2026. CRC-Cambodia will collaborate with a dynamic consultant to conduct a TNA with project partners and CYLNs on what topics they need to improve or understand, and will develop a package training both online and offline for partners and CYLNs based on the finding assessment report.
