Specific Objectives: Throughout the training the participants will • Understand basic cocept of monitoring and evaluation • Understand the importance of monitoring and evaluation in ALE • Share experience and reflect on their current monitoring, evaluation and reporting practices • Are able to design and implement monitoring and evaluation processes using appropriate methods and tools Target group of the training The target group of the training will be managers and non-formal education officers working at 10 LLLCs and leaders of education, youth and sport at provincial department managing youth and non-formation offices. Indicative Timetable The indicative timetable for the training is foreseen as follows: • Selection and contracting of training team/expert: 5thOctober 2023 • Delivery Training (Week 2 of October 2023) • Draft Training Report: 23rd October 2023 • Final Training Report: 31st October 2023 Tasks of the training team experts.
