In line with CIF’s internal policies and USAID procurement requirements, CIF is seeking an experienced software development company to · Work CIF’s in-house developer ensure smooth technical handover the most efficient appropriate manner. · Continue develop OSCaR Mobile based the agreed deliverable items using existing infrastructure. Here the infrastructure: · Framework: React Native · Development Tools: Version control system (GitHub), task management tool (Trello) · Ensure data-integrity OSCaR, the privacy user organizations their clients all times during process. Bidder Eligibility Staff on the project at Vendor should have: o Relevant qualifications and experience in Project Management. o Relevant qualifications and experience in mobile design and development, specifically with react native, the framework on which the OSCaR mobile app is built. o Ability to work with CIF’s in-house developer to ensure a smooth technical handover in the most efficient and appropriate manner. o Ensuring the data-integrity of OSCaR, and the privacy of user organizations and their clients at all times during the process.
