The consulting firm or consortium shall have personnel as a team with the following qualifications. Education o At least a Bachelor’s degree or above in electricity engineering or a related field. Accreditation o Professional references of each personnel or consortium partner. o Have a base in Cambodia. Technical competencies and Experience: o Possess an extensive experience in designing mini grid systems using renewable energy sources. o Demonstrate the technical capacity to conduct the load assessment and the engineering design of solar PV systems, battery storage design, and transmission and distribution network. o Demonstrate the technical capacity to produce a high-quality map in GIS and Google earth formats. o Demonstrate the technical capacity to develop an engineering report as a part of the feasibility study report. o Demonstrate an ability to collect costing from the market to estimate investment cost and operation cost. o Excellent reporting and visualisation skills necessary to deliver user-friendly materials. o Demonstrate an ability to understand and thus complying with Electrical Standards of Cambodia, such as—but not limited to power output quality, distribution network, and safety of operations. o Previous experience working with an international development program is a plus..
