The KHMER ORGANIC COOPERATIVE CO., LTD in Cambodia from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Gender Policy Development Consultant • Education: o At least Bachelor Degree/or Master Degree in agribusiness management, Agriculture, and/or agricultural economics is an advantage. o Experiences: o At least 7-year experience, knowledge and skills in agriculture and gender development or related fields o Proven experiences in developing gender policy and gender development. o Understanding or experience working on gender in agricultural value chains. o Competencies: o Sound knowledge on agriculture and gender development o Good understanding about the Cambodian context, agricultural value chain o Strong experience and skill in conducting consultancy jobs related gender and agricultural value chain. o Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with a demonstrated in conducting studyand research. o Language and other requirement o Fluent in spoken and written English o Fluent in Khmer is required o Good report writing skills o Computer skills in particular in PowerPoint, Khmer and English Objective To develop gender policy which includes the strategy, framework, and implementation plan to improve gender empowerment roles in agribusiness supply chain. Deliverable Summary key finding report. The report will include glossary, acronym, table of contents, executive summary, background, methodology, findings, conclusion, recommendations, reference and annexes. The report will be produced in English (10-15 pages). Time schedule On the basis of the proposed time schedule outline in these Terms of Reference, the consultant shall prepare a brief work plan. The work plan should set out the Consultant approach for conducting study in developing gender policy.
