The LOUVAIN COOPERATION AU DEVELOPPEMENT in Cambodia from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for National Technical Assistance in Support of Rural Women Empowerment and Gender Mainstreaming within the Partner Project In Cambodia. Uni4Coop is represented by Louvain Cooperation (LC) and Eclosio. The two organisations are engaged in a programme aimed at generating economic and social changes for the rural farmers' families through the improvement of food market, agroecological transition and gender equity in agriculture. The project Partnership for Agroecology' Transition, Networking and Efficient Resilience (PArTNER) 2022 - 2026 supports family fanning systems by strengthening their resilience functions as food providers for the Cambodian society. The approach combines the increase of agricultural productivity through agroecological practices, the increase of revenues through upgraded value-chains. and the improvement of the socio-economic environment. It is expected that the PArTNER project contributes to the achievement of the following five results: 1. Small-scale farmers and their family members have improved their knowledge and capacity to ensure sustainable, healthy, diversified and culturally appropriate food production; 2. Value-chains and market access of agroecological products are upgraded; 3. Improved governance to favor farmers7 rights, gender equity and democratization of decision-making space; 4. Improved sustainable and healthier consumption patterns; 5. Studies are co-constructed with farmers and disseminated, in particular to influence policies and decision- making in favor of the transition to agroecology. Funding information: Funding provided by Uni4Coop for this technical assistance will range from 50.000 to 60.000 Euros. Co-funding contributions from the applicant or other sources are welcomed.
