Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of the World Bank. To obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents, Bidders should contact the following during office horns from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 05:30 PM of office or emails provided in the contact details. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 60.00. The method of payment will be Cash. The Bidding Documents may be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder. Other than payment of non-refundable fee. there are no other conditions for the purchase of the Bidding Documents.
