The Tender File (DAO) can be obtained as soon as this notice is published, at the Mandjou Town Hall, located in the BINDIA district, on presentation of a receipt for payment to the Municipal Revenue of the Municipality of Mandjou, a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100,000) FCFA, representing the purchase costs of the Tender File. This receipt must identify the company wishing to participate in the Call for Tenders. For any further information please contact the Technical Service of the municipality of Mandjou during working hours such as: 677 00 03 56/690 91 27 91.
The offers must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee with a validity period of one hundred and twenty (120) days representing 2% of the estimated cost or 800,000 Frs, established according to the model indicated in the Call for Tenders, by a first-class banking institution, approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and listed in exhibit 12 of the DAO. The provisional security will be automatically released beyond the thirtieth (30th) day after the expiry of the validity of the bids for the unsuccessful bidders.
