Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond, established by a financial institution authorized to issue bonds or by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance, in the amount of seven million ( 7,000,000 ) FCFA, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
