Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond, established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance of Cameroon and whose list appears in the DAO (see Annex F), of a amount of two million (2,000,000) CFA francs, and valid for five (05) months from the date set for the opening of bids.
