The Urban Community of Douala (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") has received funding from the French Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as "AFD") to cover the cost of the Project de Drainage Pluvial de la Ville de Douala, and intends to allocate part of the financing to payments relating to the Contract for which this Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued. 2.
