the supply, installation and configuration of software for managing digital collections and disbursements (server and client licenses);
the supply and installation of the equipment necessary for digital collections and disbursements (TPE);
the training of twenty-five (25) users in the use of decision-making tools;
the training of five (05) IT specialists in the administration of the software solution;
the provision of a detailed report in digital format containing the application source codes, technical documentation and operating manuals. NB:

The Tender Document can be obtained from the Administrative Market Management Department of the company Aéroports Du Cameroun SA, door 0104, located at Yaoundé-Nsimalen International Airport, Tel. 222 23 36 02, exts. 335/359, upon publication of this notice, upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty thousand (50,000) CFA Francs into the account entitled “CAS – ARMP” opened in BICEC agencies: Yaoundé Central Agency, Douala Bonanjo, Limbé, Buéa, Dschang, Bafoussam, Bertoua, Ebolowa, Bamenda, Ngaoundéré, Garoua and Maroua.
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a leading banking institution or an insurance company, approved by the Ministry of Finance, in the amount of one million (1,000,000) francs . CFA and valid for ninety (90) days from the date of submission of offers. The list of authorized structures is attached as Exhibit No. 11.
