Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a provisional guarantee issued by a first-class banking establishment or insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, the amount of which is set at 2,000,000 CFA francs below and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original validity date of the offers. Under penalty of rejection, the provisional guarantee must imperatively be produced in the original dating from no more than three (03) months.
