Specifically, the implementation of the GIS will involve four phases: Phase I: Study of the existing situation, identification of needs and design of the database (Spatial and Attributes); Phase II: Development and implementation of the GIS; Phase III: Acquisition, preparation and integration of data; Phase IV: Training and Technical Assistance. Administrative Markets of the company Aéroports Du Cameroun SA, door 0104, located at Yaoundé-Nsimalen International Airport, Tel. 222 23 36 02, exts. 335/359, upon publication of this notice, upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of Eighty thousand (80,000) FCFA into the account entitled “CAS – ARMP” opened in BICEC agencies: Yaoundé Central Agency, Douala Bonanjo, Limbé, Buéa, Dschang, Bafoussam, Bertoua, Ebolowa, Bamenda, Ngaoundéré, Garoua and Maroua. Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a leading banking institution or an insurance company, approved by the Ministry of Finance, in the amount of one million six hundred thousand ( 1 600,000) CFA Francs and valid for ninety (90) days from the date of submission of offers.
