NOTICE OF CALL FOR TENDER N°048/AONO/MINADER/PADFA II/CSPM/RPM/26 OF MAY 18, 2026 FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ENSURE THE SERVICING, REPAIR, SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES OF THE PADFA II PROJECTS AND TO EXPAND IN VIEW OF THE DEFINITION OF THE CONDITIONS FOR EXECUTION OF A FRAMEWORK CONTRACT. Context: The government of Cameroon benefits from technical and financial support from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) as part of the Agricultural Sector Development Support Project - phase II - (PADFA II), the aim of which is to sustainably increase the income and resilience of family farms producing rice and onions in the project areas (far north, North, West and North-West); and contribute to reducing poverty and improving the food and nutritional security of target populations. Cameroon also benefits from a Grant from the Adaptation Fund, through IFAD, as part of the project “Increasing the resilience of local communities to climate change through youth entrepreneurship and integrated management of natural resources in Cameroon” ACREGIR project; whose aim is to improve the livelihoods and capacity to adapt to climate change of producer households living in rural areas on the outskirts of the national parks of Waza (Far North), Bénoué (North) and Kimbi-Fungom (North-West). The Cameroonian government intends to use part of the funds from the “PADFA II” and “ACREGIR” projects, for the payment of services in the implementation of the said projects, during the year 2026.
