Context: The Government of Cameroon has obtained funding (hereinafter referred to as "the funds") from the French Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "AFD"), which it plans to partially use to cover the development works of 10 ha in the IRAD sites of Nkolbisson, Kismatari and Meskine carried out by the Agricultural Sector Development Support Project phase II (PADFA II), in accordance with the agreement linked between the two parts. The use of AFD funds is subject to AFD approval, according to the terms and conditions provided for in the financing agreement and in accordance with AFD rules, policies and procedures. The Agricultural Sector Development Support Project – Phase II (PADFA II) plans to use part of this credit to make eligible payments under the Contract relating to “the completion of development works on 10 ha of hydro-agricultural perimeter in the IRAD sites of Nkolbisson, Kismatari and Meskine respectively in the Central, North and Far North regions on behalf of PADFA II, in three (03) batches”.
