The COMMUNAUTE URBAINE DE YAOUNDE in Cameroon from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Permanent Maintenance of the Buildings of the Urban Community of Yaounde finance: Budget of the Urban Community of Yaoundé - Exercises 2023 and following The work covered by this call for tenders includes: - cleaning and polishing of tiled, marbled and aluminum bays and spaces, - pressure cleaning of bay windows and granite stone spaces, - dust removal, vacuuming and shampooing carpeted areas, - removing cobwebs; pressure stripping, descaling, - cleaning, polishing and disinfection of bathrooms and sanitary equipment, - special antioxidant washing, deodorization, - polishing of marble and granite, cleaning of floor coverings screens; - training CUY agents in professional cleaning methods. - any constraints necessary for the proper execution of the work. The premises concerned are the following: - the main building of the Town Hall; - Municipal Roads; - Nkul-Ongola Community Radio. - the building housing the Directorate of Gardens and Green Spaces (behind the Sports Palace) - the CIPM building in Elig Belibi (PADY road) The file can be obtained during working hours at the Sub-Directorate of Public Procurement, of the Urban Community of Yaoundé, 2nd floor of the Yaoundé City Hall building, door 223, upon publication of this notice, against payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100,000) CFA francs, payable to CAS account no. 335988 opened by ARMP in BICEC agencies.
