The other required administrative documents must be produced in originals or certified true copies by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Prefect, Sub-Prefect, etc.), in accordance with the stipulations of the Special Regulations of the Call for Tenders. They must date from less than three (03) months preceding the date of submission of offers or have been established after the date of signature of the Invitation to Tender. Any offer that does not comply with the requirements of this notice and the Tender Documents will be declared inadmissible. In particular, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first-class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance or non-compliance with the models of the documents in the Tender Document will result in the rejection of the offer.
