IFAD and its representatives, agents and officials are released from any liability relating to legal actions, procedures, claims, demands, losses and obligations of any kind and nature that any party may invoke within the framework of the Agricultural Sector Development Support Project – Phase II (PADFA II). The Agricultural Sector Development Support Project – Phase II (PADFA II) envisages using part of this credit to carry out eligible payments under the Contract relating to the “supply and installation of four (04) laser spray type microjet pipe irrigation systems in the Central and Eastern regions, on behalf of PADFA II”.
