Context: The government of Cameroon has obtained from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (FIDA) funding which it plans to partially use to cover the achievement of these acquisitions. The use of FIDA funds is subject to the approval of the latter, according to the terms and conditions provided that the financing agreement and in accordance with the rules, policies and procedures of IFAD. FIDA and its representatives, agents and civil servants are released from any responsibility concerning legal actions, procedures, complaints, requests, losses and obligations of all kinds and of any kind that any part would invoke within the framework of the project to support the development of agricultural sectors - Phase II (Padfa II). The project to support the development of agricultural sectors-Phase II (PADFA II) plans to use part of this credit to make payments eligible for the market relating to "the acquisition and distribution of post-harvest equipment within the framework of the development of the new PADFA II sectors, in the Center and the East regions".
