- ensure the Project Management and control the works;
- submit for the signature of the Contract Department Head, the Service Orders necessary for the proper execution of the work;
- ensure quality assurance and the application of environmental protection measures;
- see to the establishment of as-built plans;
- approve payment statements.
The Call for Tenders file can be obtained during working hours from the Head of the CSPH Markets Department, at door 339 of the head office building located at Carrefour Warda in Yaoundé, telephone 222 50 30 00 as soon as this notice is published on presentation, of a payment receipt to the special account CAS-ARMP n° 335988-60-001.94 opened with the International Bank of Cameroon for Savings and Credit (BICEC), of the non-refundable sum of fifty thousand (50,000 ) F CFA.
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established by a financial organization authorized to issue bonds in the context of public procurement or by a first-class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance, in the amount of seven one hundred thousand (700,000) CFA francs , valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
