Non-production within 48 hours of the opening of the folds, of a piece of the administrative file deemed not to be in conformity or absent; 2. False statements, fraudulent manoeuvres or falsification of documents; 3. The absence of the declaration of honour of not giving up the performance of a benefit in the last three years; 4. Failure to comply with all the technical specifications of the supply; 5. The absence of a quantified unit price in the quotation; 6. The absence of an element of the financial offer (the tender, the BPUs, the DQE); 7. Non-conformity of the submission model; 8. Failure by the manufacturer to approve or authorize the supplier (in original) or lack of approval or authorisation of the supplier (in original) issued by a distributor approved by the manufacturer accompanied by the approval of the distributor. (Join copy of agreement of approval) 9. The absence of a prospectus, catalogue, drawing or specification produced by the manufacturer where appropriate; 10. Evidence of having provided a similar supply (replacement or consumable parts of ginning plants) for the last five (05) years including the current year (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025). Attach copies of the first and last pages of contracts, letter-order accompanied by final receipt minutes or certificate of completion or copies of purchase orders accompanied by delivery slips, etc.; all duly signed; 11. Financial capacity: Bank attestation that the tenderer can prefinance the contract up to 50% of its amount or access to a credit line or other financial resources of a minimum amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost of the letter-order; 12. Lack of evidence of acceptance of the terms of the letter-order (technical specifications and draft letter-order initialled on each page and signed on the last page); 13. The absence of the Charter of Integrity dated and signed; 14. The absence of the declaration of commitment to compliance with the environmental and social clauses dated and signed. 15. These references shall be accompanied by supporting documents, in particular: · Copies of the first, second and last page of the contract; · Final or provisional acceptance certificate, or certificate of good completion; · Other supporting documentation if applicable and to be specified. (iii) The Bidder will complete and subscribe the forms: • the Charter of Integrity • Declaration of Commitment to Social and Environmental Clauses (iv) Evidence of acceptance of the terms of the letter-order The Bidder shall provide copies duly initialled on each page and signed on the last page preceded by the words "read and approved". (g) The draft letter orders, initialled on all pages, stamped, dated and signed on the last page; (h) Technical specifications of supplies. NB: failure to accept the clauses of the letter-order will result in the bidder being eliminated. (v) The financial capacity certificate of an amount equal to or greater than 50% of the financial envelope issued by an approved first order bank; Read: (b) Part B: including the following technical evidence: i.
