The national extension of the FODECC Producers Window digital platform has the following objectives:
Lot No. 1 :
- Improve the operation of the applications of the Producers Window digital platform on the basis of lessons learned from the Moungo pilot;
- Extend the operation of the platform to at least 300,000 new producers and electronic purchase vouchers
- Add new functionalities to the system, in particular those including category 2 (equipment and machinery) and 3 (production infrastructure) subsidies, business plans, the particularities of the agroecological transition window…. ;
- Possibility of opening up to all agro-pastoral speculations gradually according to the needs identified and validated by the creation of campaigns for each one and self-management integrated into a single database - Add application programmatic
interfaces to the device to allow its exploitation controlled by third-party applications.
- Train on the use of applications for the various stakeholders and on the programmatic handling of the CMS for the technical teams of FODEC and MINADER
Lot N°2 :
Extension of the operationality of the Window Producers platform with all the actors working in means of payment that do not use cash.
It should enable the modernization, monitoring and automation of the financial flow between the FODECA, the financial operators (Bank, microfinance, etc.), electronic banking operators and the various beneficiaries.
In addition, third-party developments will be necessary, in particular:
