This deposit is in the form of a guarantee issued by a financial institution (bank or an insurance company approved in the surety branch ) approved by the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the regulations in force, or a certified check issued by a bank approved by this ministerial department. It will remain valid until the thirtieth day inclusive beyond the period of validity of the offers.
