As such, he organizes and supervises the activities to set up and implement the project in his region of intervention and sends a report at the end of each activity he has attended (targeting, payment, support, activity consultants, etc.) and periodic reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) to the PMU. It is responsible for: supervision and facilitation of activities for the establishment and implementation of the Ordinary Cash Transfer program, the Emergency Cash Transfer program and the THIMO program; supervising the activities of all Focal Points and Field Operators in its region of competence; supervision and facilitation of the activities of NGOs and environmental and social focal points responsible for supporting the implementation of THIMOs; supervision and facilitation of the activities of NGOs, the support partner and focal points responsible for supporting the implementation of the activities of the Youth Economic Inclusion programs and the Business Plan Competition; supervising beneficiary targeting and registration activities; the organization and supervision of beneficiary payments; supervision of support activities, including those related to GBV; complaints management.
