The PROJET FILETS SOCIAUX ADAPTATIFS ET D'INCLUSION ECONOMIQUE in Cameroon from African region had released this tender for Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Regional Manager for the Region of Adamaoua and 16 Focal Points Therefore 8 for Phase 1 of the Sub-Component Economic Inclusion of Young People and 8 for Cycle 1 of the Sub-Component Business Component of the Project of Adaptive Social Nets and Economicanteer Inclusion: Ida Credit N ° 70480-Cm Under the authority of the National Coordinator, the Regional Manager is responsible for supervising the execution of the project in his region of competence, in liaison with the communities and local structures set up for the Project. As such, he organizes and supervises the activities to set up and implement the project in his region of intervention and sends a report at the end of each activity he has attended (targeting, payment, support, activity consultants, etc.) and periodic reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) to the PMU. It is responsible for: supervision and facilitation of activities for the establishment and implementation of the Ordinary Cash Transfer program, the Emergency Cash Transfer program and the THIMO program; supervising the activities of all Focal Points and Field Operators in its region of competence; supervision and facilitation of the activities of NGOs and environmental and social focal points responsible for supporting the implementation of THIMOs; supervision and facilitation of the activities of NGOs, the support partner and focal points responsible for supporting the implementation of the activities of the Youth Economic Inclusion programs and the Business Plan Competition; supervising beneficiary targeting and registration activities; the organization and supervision of beneficiary payments; supervision of support activities, including those related to GBV; complaints management. Carrying out any other task assigned by the PMU Coordinator as needed.
