Under penalty of rejection, each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond drawn up by a first-rate bank or a financial institution approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list appears in the annex to the DAO, specifying the amount of seven one hundred thousand (700,000) FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the deadline for the validity of offers.
The other required administrative documents must imperatively be produced in originals or in copies certified true by the issuing department or an administrative authority (Prefect, Sub-prefect), in accordance with the stipulations of the Special Regulations of the Call for Tenders.
They must be dated less than three (03) months preceding the date of submission of tenders or have been drawn up after the date of signature of the Notice of Call for Tenders.
