The COMMUNE DE BANGOU in Cameroon from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Recruitment of an Architectural Firm and/Or Bet in Sight Control and Monitoring of Sixteen Construction Work (16) T2, T3 and T4 Type Housing in 2lots in the Commune of Bangou, Department of Hauts-Plateaux, West Region. Following. The services covered by this Call for Tenders include the following assignments: • Assignment No. 1: Examination of compliance with the project, approval of the studies and execution project carried out by the company (EXE); » • Mission no. 2: Management of the execution of works contracts (DET) scheduling, management and coordination of construction sites (OPC); • Mission no. 3: Assistance with Acceptance Operations and during the warranty period (AOK). The withdrawal of the Tender Dossier (DAO) will be made on presentation of the original of the receipt for payment of the purchase costs of the DAO, of a non-refundable amount of fifty thousand (50,000) CFA francs, to the Municipal Revenue of the Commune of BANGOU. When withdrawing the DAO, the bidders must register by leaving their full address (Telephone, E-mail, BP, Fax, etc.). However, in accordance with the provisions of article 82 of the Application Circular of the Public Contracts Code, a tenderer having paid the costs of acquisition of the DAO to the public treasury following the difficulties encountered at the municipal revenue concerned, must present in its offer a bailiff's report duly drawn up and/or proof of the Mayor's referral with a copy to the local administrative authority and to FEICOM against receipt duly signed and dated. Under penalty of rejection, each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-class bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 11 of the DAO. an amount of three hundred and ninety-seven thousand (397,000) CFA francs; valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days.
