Each bidder must attach to its administrative bids, a bid bond in the amount of six hundred and fifty thousand (650,000) FCFA issued by a banking establishment or insurance company approved and authorized by the Ministry in charge of Finance to issue guarantees in the context of Public Contracts, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the Offers. Under penalty of rejection, this guarantee must imperatively be produced in original. The bid deposit will be released fifteen (15) days after publication of the results and no later than thirty (30) days after the Bid validity period for bidders who have not been selected..
