Under penalty of rejection, each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-rate bank or a financial organization approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 13 of the DAO. The original of the provisional bond will conform to the model prescribed by the DAO and will have a validity period of 120 calendar days from the deadline for submission of offers.
The amount of the deposit is set at: 174,000 CFA francs.
