This guarantee is in the form of a guarantee issued by a financial institution (banking institution or an insurance company approved in the surety branch) approved by the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the regulations in force, or a certified cheque issued by an authorized bank other than that of the tenderer by this ministerial department. It will remain valid until the thirtieth (30th) day inclusive beyond the period of validity of the offers.
