The Tender Document can be obtained from the General Management of the SCDP/Market Unit located above the Medico-Social Center BP: 2271 Tel (+237) 233 40 54 45 / Fax (+237) 233 40 47 96 / Post number 12060, upon publication of this Invitation to Tender upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of two hundred thousand francs ( FCFA 200,000) payable in the account No. 335 988 0000 1-89 entitled “ Special CAS-ARMP Account ” opened in the BICEC Agencies of the regional capitals and the towns of Limbe and Dschang.
Under penalty of rejection, each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond, established by a first-class bank or a financial organization approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Annex 11 of the DAO, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
Each guarantee must include a handwritten statement jointly committing the said establishment in accordance with article 14 of the revised OHADA uniform act on the organization of securities.
Said deposit(s) are set as follows:
Lot 1: Health insurance for staff: 6,600,000 FCFA
Lot 2: Individual Accidents: 100,000 FCFA
